Returns + Exchanges
If you believe there is a problem with your Mahota Textiles product, please email info@mahotatextiles.com and we will respond by the next business day. Please note our business hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays. All returns or exchange requests must be submitted in writing to info@mahotatextiles.com.
We will gladly accept your return of clean, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or refund. Returns of merchandise will not be accepted after the 30 day period. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we’ll credit your original method of payment for the merchandise purchase price, excluding shipping fees and credit card fees accrued. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or style, please contact us at info@mahotatextiles.com.
Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed. Please include original packaging with your return or exchange.
